A standard treatment session may consist of soft tissue therapy, joint manipulation/mobilisation, dry needling, exercise rehabilitation and advice tailored to your needs. This is our point of difference as these appointments are not just spinal manipulation and see you later. It is attention to detail that is required to get to the origin of your injury. Typically allow 20 minutes for a regular appointment and 30 for a standard appointment.
